WHAT IS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?
With online personal training you’re treated just like a client would be if they were coming to see one of the team face to face.
When you register or email you will be sent an email from the team and an invite to complete our online consultation form through the apps. Looking at your training background, likes, dislikes, nutrition and goals. This way we find out more about you and what you want to achieve helping make your plan all the more personal.
If you opt for a personal plan your plan will be created just for you from the feedback you give. Individual program design and attention to details is key to our ‘online personal programs’ and their success.
Once set up you will be able to view you plan with details descriptions of exercises, video tutorials, log your workout, track your nutrition and lots more using the LAPT London app. Theses workouts can accessed anywhere via your computer or mobile device making it easy to see what you need to do for your workout. Our app will even notify you when your due to complete a workout, so you never forget.
If you have a specific muscle group area you would like to work on we have our ‘Focus Series’ plans which are 4-week online plan designed specify to target these areas. These plans are great for anyone who has been training for a while and wants to progress, but does not want to commit to personal training sessions or a personal online plan.
Each plan has a 4-week program with 4-5 workouts per week all focused around the target area. The plan also includes a program overview with tips for getting the most out of the routine and nutrition advice.
