TERMS & CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Personal training session must be used in the agreed set time see below. Sessions can be put on hold if the client becomes unwell or injured. A doctor’s note will need to be provided. -5x60minute or 10x30minute sessions – 3 months from start date.

10x60minute or 20x30minute sessions – 6 months from start date.

Group P.T sessions

5×60 minute – 3 months from start date

10×60 minute – 3 months from start date

15x 60 minute – 3 months from start date

LA Personal Training London Limited will keep client up to date with when P.T sessions are due to expire.

In the case of the personal trainer leaves the company or cannot complete the remaining client’s sessions. The remaining sessions can be completed by a different personal trainer from the team or will be refunded by LA Personal Training London Limited to the client.

Personal training session can be paid for by cash, card, online or BACS and must be paid in advance of the session. All payments must go through the company LA Personal Training London Limited.

Booked personal training session cancelled in less than a 24 hours period before the session start time can be charged in full by the personal trainer. This applies to all sessions types. To cancel your personal training session please contact your personal trainer.

Personal training sessions will be logged on the LAPT London online app. Clients will be emailed with program updates, check ins and nutrition information.
