At LAPT London we pride ourselves on offering a professional, unique service aimed at getting you the results you want. I say unique as our approach is aimed at you the client. You’re fitness journey matters to use.
With a range fitness service options there’s a service for every one’s goal and budget. Group fitness classes to one to one personal training.
As a valued client, you will have access to the LAPT London training app for your mobile device. Meaning you can view your personal workouts, log your nutrition and message your trainer. Your fitness journey does not finish when you complete your session.
Personalised online workout plans allow you to view your workouts wherever and whenever you want. Helping build confidence in the gym and knowledge on how to execute exercises correctly, resulting in you getting the best results.
Of course, keeping motivated on your fitness journey is important, that is why we complete regular body assessment to check your progress. Making sure your making improvements which sometimes you can’t see straight away.

2. Online questionnaire
You will be sent an invite to join the LAPT London app and complete a simple questionnaire to find out more details about your previous exercise history, nutrition and goals.
3. FREE consultation
Depending on what service you select (page …) you will be invited to complete a face to face or online consultation to discuss your goals in more details and a plan to achieve them. In this consultation we will also do your initial body assessment.
4. Book in your sessions.
After the consultation, you can decide on if you want to purchase and schedule some sessions.
Personal training sessions can be booked from 5.00am – 9.00pm with most of the team depending on availability.
Group P.T sessions are at select times and only available at select sites.
You will need to pay in advance of your sessions, which can be done online on the below links.
5. Let’s Start
With your first session booked, you will be sent your ‘Transform Guide’. This unique guide is individual to each goal including tips how to follow your plan correctly, getting your nutrition on track and tips for improving your performance.
